Elders are the chief shepherds of the church who are responsible for the pastoral oversight primarily through the ministry of word and prayer. The Women's Shepherding Team assist the elders in shepherding the women at the church and serve as a voice in shaping the overall vision and mission of the church. We encourage you to ask the person you wish to nominate if they are willing to go through the nomination process.
